A Bengaluru-based founder, Rohan Mayya, has identified a lack of meaningful work and rising inflation as key drivers of frustration among young Indians. He noted that the traditional path of education leading to stable employment and wealth is becoming obsolete due to AI-driven job disruption. Mayya highlighted that India produces approximately 10 million graduates annually, but the job market, particularly in tech, cannot absorb them. He also pointed to the unaffordability of housing and the lack of viable alternatives to tech salaries, contributing to widespread dissatisfaction.

बेंगलुरु के एक फाउंडर, रोहन मैया ने कहा है कि कामकाज की कमी और बढ़ती महंगाई युवाओं की निराशा के मुख्य कारण हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि AI की वजह से नौकरी का पारंपरिक रास्ता, जिसमें पढ़ाई के बाद अच्छी नौकरी और पैसा मिलता था, अब खत्म हो रहा है। मैया ने कहा कि भारत में हर साल करीब 1 करोड़ ग्रेजुएट निकलते हैं, लेकिन टेक सेक्टर में भी इतनी नौकरियां नहीं हैं कि सबको काम मिल सके। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि घर खरीदना बहुत महंगा हो गया है और टेक सैलरी के मुकाबले कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं है, जिससे लोग नाखुश हैं।
