The circular was reportedly issued and withdrawn eight days later. The Trust has submitted a legal representation to authorities seeking a special investigation team, digital forensic examination, and an audit of tree-felling permissions. They are concerned about whether an administrative instruction impacting statutory restrictions was issued and acted upon without transparent examination.
