Uttar Pradesh Prepares For Major Police Transfers Ahead Of Elections

Uttar Pradesh is gearing up for significant reshuffling within its police department before the upcoming assembly elections. Following directives from the Election Commission of India, over 2,000 police personnel, from constables to Additional SPs, are likely to be transferred. More than 20 IPS officers are also expected to be moved. The transfers aim to relocate personnel who have served in a single district for three years or more, or those posted in their home districts.

उत्तर प्रदेश आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों से पहले अपने पुलिस विभाग में बड़े फेरबदल की तैयारी कर रहा है। भारत के चुनाव आयोग के निर्देशों के बाद, कांस्टेबल से लेकर अतिरिक्त एसपी तक 2,000 से अधिक पुलिस कर्मियों का तबादला होने की संभावना है। 20 से अधिक IPS अधिकारियों के भी स्थानांतरित होने की उम्मीद है। तबादलों का उद्देश्य उन कर्मियों को स्थानांतरित करना है जो तीन साल या उससे अधिक समय से एक ही जिले में तैनात हैं, या जो अपने गृह जिलों में तैनात हैं।
