Delhi Police has removed Jantar Mantar from its list of designated protest venues, prompting criticism from the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). CJP leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Abhijeet Dipke questioned the decision, with Ranka sarcastically asking why Mount Everest couldn't be declared a protest site instead. Dipke alleged Jantar Mantar was turned into a "war zone" and called the move an attempt to restrict dissent. Ramlila Ground, Burari Ground, and CBD Ground have been designated as alternative protest locations.
