Ohio Park Expands By 333 Acres

Homestead Metro Park in Ohio is set to significantly expand, adding 333 acres to its current 43 acres. This substantial increase will bring the total park size to approximately 376 acres, making it nearly nine times larger. The new land, acquired through transfers from the city and a homebuilder, is located within the Big Darby Creek watershed. Plans include developing new trails and restoring natural habitats such as wetlands and prairie areas.

ओहियो का होमस्टेड मेट्रो पार्क अब काफी बड़ा होने वाला है। इसमें 43 एकड़ की मौजूदा जगह में 333 एकड़ और जुड़ जाएगा। इससे पार्क का कुल रकबा करीब 376 एकड़ हो जाएगा, जो लगभग नौ गुना बड़ा होगा। यह नई ज़मीन शहर और एक होमबिल्डर से मिली है और बिग डार्बी क्रीक के पास है। यहाँ नए रास्ते बनाए जाएंगे और वेटलैंड्स व प्रेयरी जैसे प्राकृतिक इलाकों को फिर से संवारा जाएगा।
