ED Attaches Properties Worth ₹240 Crore

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached 389 immovable properties valued at ₹240.03 crore. This action stems from an investigation initiated based on multiple First Information Reports (FIRs) filed by the Uttar Pradesh Police and Delhi Police. The FIRs were registered against BIIPL, GVCTPL, Satinder Singh Bhasin, and others under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने ₹240.03 करोड़ की 389 अचल संपत्तियों को अस्थायी रूप से जब्त कर लिया है। यह कार्रवाई उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस और दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज की गई कई FIRs के आधार पर शुरू की गई जांच का नतीजा है। इन FIRs में BIIPL, GVCTPL, सतिंदर सिंह भसीन और अन्य के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता, 1860 की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामले दर्ज किए गए थे।
