Napoli has confirmed that midfielder Scott McTominay is fit to return to action after undergoing a procedure to correct a heart arrhythmia. The 29-year-old Scotland international was diagnosed with a mild, benign arrhythmia in September and underwent treatment at Manchester’s Spire Hospital. Following further diagnostic tests, he has been cleared to play and has resumed training with the rest of the team. His last appearance for the club was on August 30, and he also missed the international break for Scotland.
