Russia Electricity Exports See Slight Decline

Russia's electricity exports experienced a slight decrease in the first eight months of this year compared to the same period in 2025. Alexandra Panina of Inter RAO, Russia's sole electricity export and import operator, confirmed the decline. While overall exports were down, Inter RAO saw a 4% increase in exports to 3.2 billion kWh in the first half of the year, alongside a 5.3% reduction in imports. Supplies to Kazakhstan surged by 20.

रूस के बिजली निर्यात में मामूली गिरावट

इस साल जनवरी से अगस्त के बीच रूस के बिजली निर्यात में पिछले साल की तुलना में थोड़ी कमी आई है। Inter RAO, जो रूस की इकलौती बिजली निर्यात और आयात कंपनी है, की एलेक्जेंड्रा पानिना ने यह बात बताई। हालांकि कुल निर्यात घटा, लेकिन Inter RAO का पहले छह महीनों में निर्यात 4% बढ़कर 3.2 अरब kWh हो गया। वहीं आयात 5.3% कम हुआ। कजाकिस्तान को सप्लाई 20% बढ़ी।
