The First Information Report filed in the case stated that the YouTuber exhibited clear signs of intoxication. These included a strong smell of alcohol and noticeable impairment in his speech and body language. The incident highlights concerns regarding drunk driving and the potential dangers posed by individuals operating vehicles under the influence of alcohol.
