Cyclone Arnab to Trigger Heavy Rains in Jharkhand; Districts on Alert

Cyclone Arnab is expected to bring heavy rainfall to parts of Jharkhand for three days starting October 28, 2026. The India Meteorological Department has issued a 'yellow' alert for eight districts for 24 hours from October 28, with intensity likely to increase. चक्रवात अर्नाब से झारखंड में भारी बारिश की आशंका जिला प्रशासन अलर्ट पर

चक्रवात अर्नाब 28 अक्टूबर 2026 से तीन दिनों तक झारखंड के कुछ हिस्सों में भारी बारिश ला सकता है। भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने 28 अक्टूबर से 24 घंटे के लिए आठ जिलों के लिए 'येलो' अलर्ट जारी किया है, जिसकी तीव्रता बढ़ने की संभावना है। 30 अक्टूबर तक सात जिलों के लिए 'ऑरेंज' अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। राज्य सरकार ने जिला प्रशासनों को गरज, बिजली और तेज हवाओं सहित प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों के लिए सतर्क और तैयार रहने का निर्देश दिया है।
