JDA will resume its crackdown on coaching centres along Gopalpura Bypass Road after Dussehra, shifting focus to landlords who lease space to these institutes. The Supreme Court has not provided any relief to the coaching centres, and the JDA is adhering to its directives. The authority is now persuading property owners to stop leasing premises to coaching centres operating in violation of norms. This strategy has already shown results, with some smaller centres ceasing operations and others vacating premises after landlords refused to renew rental agreements.
