India has strongly rejected the OIC remarks concerning Jammu and Kashmir and New Delhi's actions against terror infrastructure in Pakistan. Lok Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb stated at the UN General Assembly that the OIC is "unable to distinguish between the victim and perpetrator." He urged the OIC to focus on Pakistan's illegal occupation and the human rights violations occurring there. India asserted its right to defend its people against cross-border terrorism and warned of consequences for those involved in such acts.

भारत ने जम्मू और कश्मीर और पाकिस्तान में आतंकी ठिकानों के खिलाफ नई दिल्ली की कार्रवाई को लेकर OIC की टिप्पणियों को मजबूती से खारिज कर दिया है। लोकसभा सांसद बिप्लब कुमार देव ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में कहा कि OIC "पीड़ित और अपराधी के बीच अंतर करने में असमर्थ" है। उन्होंने OIC से पाकिस्तान के अवैध कब्जे और वहां हो रहे मानवाधिकारों के उल्लंघन पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने का आग्रह किया। भारत ने सीमा पार आतंकवाद के खिलाफ अपने लोगों की रक्षा करने के अपने अधिकार पर जोर दिया और ऐसे कृत्यों में शामिल लोगों के लिए परिणामों की चेतावनी दी।
