Persistent Systems Launches Rs 4,265 Crore QIP Floor Price Set at Rs 5,550 Per Share

IT firm Persistent Systems has initiated a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to raise up to USD 450 million, approximately Rs 4,265 crore. The company's board special committee approved the opening of the issue, setting the floor price at Rs 5,550 per equity share as per SEBI regulations. A discount of up to five percent on the floor price may be offered. The final issue price will be determined in consultation with lead managers JP Morgan India, IIFL Capital Services, and HSBC Securities.

आईटी फर्म Persistent Systems ने 450 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर, यानी करीब 4,265 करोड़ रुपये जुटाने के लिए क्वालिफाइड इंस्टीट्यूशनल प्लेसमेंट (QIP) शुरू किया है। कंपनी की बोर्ड की विशेष समिति ने SEBI के नियमों के अनुसार, प्रति इक्विटी शेयर 5,550 रुपये के फ्लोर प्राइस पर इश्यू खोलने को मंजूरी दे दी है। फ्लोर प्राइस पर पांच प्रतिशत तक की छूट दी जा सकती है। अंतिम इश्यू प्राइस का निर्धारण लीड मैनेजर्स JP Morgan India, IIFL Capital Services, और HSBC Securities के साथ मिलकर किया जाएगा।
