The attorney for Nolan Wells' friends revealed that an indicted individual threatened to kill Warren Hudson and slit the throats of his two younger brothers. The harasser, now jailed, made these threats to Hudson and his stepmother, Ashlee Cole. Hudson reported receiving thousands of threats directed at his entire family following Wells' death. A grand jury recently declined to indict anyone in Wells' July death, finding his condition consistent with drowning and no evidence of criminal conduct by those present.
