Former India opener Krishnamachari Srikkanth has criticized the team management, led by Gautam Gambhir, for repeatedly excluding young batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi from the playing XI. Srikkanth believes this constant exclusion is damaging the 15-year-old's confidence, citing his exclusion from the West Indies T20 series and previous series. He suggested that Vaibhav and Sanju Samson should open, with Abhishek Sharma being rested.
