A 24-year-old Zepto delivery agent named Ashish was allegedly assaulted by a customer in Karkhana on Saturday evening. The incident occurred after an argument over the delivery location, with the customer, Ajay Kumar, reportedly asking the agent to change the drop-off point. When Ashish refused, a verbal dispute escalated. Ashish later went to the customer's residence to complete the delivery, where another altercation led to the alleged assault, causing a minor head injury. Both parties filed complaints with the Karkhana police, and a case has been registered.
