Real Estate Equity Inflows Double To USD 9.5

Equity capital inflow into India's real estate, data centre, and hospitality sectors reached a record USD 9.5 billion in the July-September quarter. This represents a more than two-fold increase from USD 4.4 billion in the same period last year. Data centres attracted 57% of this investment, reflecting growing investor confidence beyond traditional office assets. Global investors made a significant comeback, accounting for 59% of total inflows during the quarter.

भारत के रियल एस्टेट, डेटा सेंटर और हॉस्पिटैलिटी सेक्टर में इक्विटी पूंजी का प्रवाह जुलाई-सितंबर तिमाही में रिकॉर्ड 9.5 अरब डॉलर तक पहुंच गया। यह पिछले साल की इसी अवधि में 4.4 अरब डॉलर की तुलना में दोगुने से भी ज़्यादा है। इस निवेश का 57% हिस्सा डेटा सेंटरों ने आकर्षित किया, जो पारंपरिक ऑफिस संपत्तियों से परे निवेशकों के बढ़ते विश्वास को दर्शाता है। वैश्विक निवेशकों की महत्वपूर्ण वापसी हुई, जो तिमाही के दौरान कुल प्रवाह का 59% थे।
