Kerala Home Minister: FIR Against Pinarayi Vijayan In Pay-Off Case

Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala announced that the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) will register a First Information Report (FIR) against Leader of the Opposition Pinarayi Vijayan and others. This action follows a directive from the Kerala High Court regarding the CMRL-Exalogic pay-off case. The government will comply with the court's order and will not file an appeal. The FIR is expected to be filed on Monday.

केरल के गृह मंत्री रमेश चेन्निथला ने घोषणा की कि विजिलेंस एंड एंटी-करप्शन ब्यूरो (VACB) विपक्ष के नेता पिनाई विजयन और अन्य के खिलाफ एक फर्स्ट इंफॉर्मेशन रिपोर्ट (FIR) दर्ज करेगा। यह कार्रवाई CMRL-Exalogic पे-ऑफ मामले के संबंध में केरल हाई कोर्ट के निर्देश के बाद हुई है। सरकार अदालत के आदेश का पालन करेगी और अपील दायर नहीं करेगी। FIR सोमवार को दर्ज होने की उम्मीद है।
