Nagaland is seeking a long-term partnership with Indian and German philanthropic organisations to enhance learning outcomes in government schools. The initiative aims to ensure more effective utilisation of education funds, with a potential five-year roadmap focusing on teacher training, digital infrastructure, and early childhood education. Despite spending significantly on education, the state faces challenges, including less than half of Class 10 students passing exams. This collaboration will involve knowledge sharing and monitoring to strengthen existing government systems and improve student performance.

नागालैंड सरकारी स्कूलों में सीखने के परिणामों को बेहतर बनाने के लिए भारतीय और जर्मन परोपकारी संगठनों के साथ एक दीर्घकालिक साझेदारी की तलाश कर रहा है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य शिक्षा निधियों का अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना है, जिसमें शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण, डिजिटल बुनियादी ढांचे और प्रारंभिक बचपन की शिक्षा पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने वाला एक संभावित पांच-वर्षीय रोडमैप है। शिक्षा पर महत्वपूर्ण खर्च के बावजूद, राज्य को चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जिसमें कक्षा 10 के आधे से भी कम छात्र परीक्षाओं में उत्तीर्ण हो रहे हैं। इस सहयोग में मौजूदा सरकारी प्रणालियों को मजबूत करने और छात्र प्रदर्शन में सुधार के लिए ज्ञान साझा करना और निगरानी शामिल होगी।
