The department aims to create regular platforms for artists from all districts and provide wider exposure for young talents. बिहार सरकार सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों में कलाकारों को अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाने के लिए अवसर बढ़ाने की योजना बना रही है, जिसमें युवा कलाकारों और पारंपरिक कला रूपों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा। इस पहल पर कला, संस्कृति और युवा विभाग के मंत्री प्रमोद कुमार की अध्यक्षता में हुई एक समीक्षा बैठक में चर्चा की गई। विभाग का लक्ष्य सभी जिलों के कलाकारों के लिए नियमित मंच बनाना और युवा प्रतिभाओं को व्यापक पहचान दिलाना है। इन प्रयासों का उद्देश्य कलाकारों को पहचान दिलाने, उनके कौशल को विकसित करने और बिहार की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत को संरक्षित करने में मदद करना है।
