Dubai Luxury Home Sales Decline 17% Amid Regional Conflict
Mint · business
Dubai's luxury property market saw a 17% drop in sales volume during the third quarter compared to last year, with 86 homes priced over $10 million sold, down from 103. Despite this decline, the market remains relatively resilient, with 412 such transactions recorded between January and September, nearing last year's total of 500. Property values have also seen a marginal decrease of about 5% on average. Experts attribute the slowdown to the ongoing regional geopolitical instability, which is impacting buyer confidence and capping the market's longest boom since the pandemic.
