Two Fake Ex-Servicemen Arrested For Job Fraud

Karnataka police have arrested two men posing as ex-servicemen for allegedly defrauding students. The accused, identified as Dhakalu Bhimarav Lakkebailkar and Veeranna Basavanneppa Nichchanni, promised jobs in the army and demanded money and educational documents. Nine victims, aged between 21 and 23, were approached with promises of securing army appointments. The accused allegedly sought Rs 50,000 for medical examinations and Rs 2 lakh after appointment orders were received.

कर्नाटक पुलिस ने दो ऐसे लोगों को पकड़ा है जो खुद को पूर्व सैनिक बताकर छात्रों से ठगी कर रहे थे। इन दोनों, ढकलु भीमराव लक्केबैलकर और वीरन्ना बसवन्नप्पा निच्चण्णी, ने सेना में नौकरी दिलाने का वादा करके पैसे और कागजात मांगे थे। 21 से 23 साल के नौ छात्रों से सेना में भर्ती कराने के नाम पर ठगी की गई। इन लोगों ने मेडिकल जांच के लिए 50,000 रुपये और नियुक्ति मिलने पर 2 लाख रुपये मांगे थे।
