Mandeep K Bhandari Appointed New CBSE Chairman

Mandeep K Bhandari, a 2001-batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, has been appointed the new chairperson of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). His appointment was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on September 25. Bhandari holds a medical background, with an MBBS degree from Punjab University. He has served over two decades in various administrative positions, including Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. His appointment comes as the CBSE manages examinations and academic administration for schools nationwide and abroad.

मंदीप के भंडारी बने नए सीबीएसई चेयरमैन

बैच के AGMUT कैडर के IAS अधिकारी मंदीप के भंडारी को CBSE का नया चेयरमैन बनाया गया है। उनकी नियुक्ति को कैबिनेट की नियुक्ति समिति ने 25 सितंबर को मंजूरी दी। भंडारी के पास पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी से MBBS की डिग्री है। उन्होंने जम्मू-कश्मीर के उपराज्यपाल के प्रधान सचिव सहित कई अहम पदों पर 20 साल से ज़्यादा काम किया है। CBSE देशभर के स्कूलों में परीक्षा और अकादमिक काम देखता है।
