TRAI Orders Telecom Companies to Make Mandatory Recharge Plans Easily Accessible

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has directed Reliance Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea to prominently display mandatory recharge plans and special tariff vouchers. This directive follows numerous consumer complaints about the difficulty in locating these essential plans on operator websites and mobile applications. TRAI has mandated that a clearly visible section titled "TRAI-Mandated Packs" must be the first option in the prepaid recharge section, and also visible at sales points.
