संसद मामले में एनआईए जांच की याचिका खारिज

एक अदालत ने जुलाई 2023 में संसद में हुई मार्च की जाँच के लिए आतंकवाद-निरोधक एजेंसी को निर्देश देने की याचिका खारिज कर दी है। अदालत ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय जाँच एजेंसी (NIA) को जाँच के लिए मामले सौंपना केंद्र सरकार का अधिकार है, न्यायपालिका का नहीं। इस फैसले से राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा से जुड़े मामलों की जाँच शुरू करने में सरकार की भूमिका स्पष्ट हो गई है।
