Cameron Diaz purchased a Hollywood Hills home in 2004 for $1.8 million but never lived in it, using it as a buffer property. She later planned to demolish and rebuild, but those plans stalled. In 2018, she renovated the house, updating the roof, windows, kitchen, and bathrooms. In an off-market deal in 2022, singer Ariana Grande bought the property for $4.9 million, nearly triple Diaz's purchase price. The mid-century home features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with views of the Sunset Strip.
