SoftBank Secures $21 Billion for AI Investments

SoftBank Group is bolstering its artificial intelligence financing capacity with nearly $21 billion in new debt deals. The Japanese conglomerate increased its Arm Holdings Plc share-backed margin loan by $5 billion to $25 billion and secured additional credit lines. Apollo Global Management is also boosting a loan to SoftBank by $3.6 billion to $9 billion to support its investment in OpenAI.
