Gujarat Confirms Two More Chandipura Virus Deaths

Gujarat has confirmed two additional deaths suspected to be from the Chandipura virus, bringing the total to five. The state government is actively identifying potential cases and awaiting eight laboratory reports for confirmation. Chandipura virus is a mosquito-borne illness that can cause severe neurological symptoms and is endemic in certain parts of India.
