Bihar Launches Ecotourism Meet For Investors

Bihar's Environment Minister inaugurated the 'Ecotourism Investors Meet-2026' to boost the state's ecotourism sector. The initiative aims to attract private investment for developing ecotourism sites across Bihar. Projects are categorized into two groups: 29 reservoir-based projects and 247 projects involving ponds, lakes, and wetlands. This move is expected to create new tourism hubs and generate employment opportunities within the state.

बिहार के पर्यावरण मंत्री ने राज्य के ईकोटूरिज्म को बढ़ावा देने के लिए 'ईकोटूरिज्म इन्वेस्टर्स मीट-2026' का उद्घाटन किया। इसका मकसद बिहार भर में ईकोटूरिज्म स्थलों के विकास के लिए निजी निवेश आकर्षित करना है। परियोजनाओं को दो हिस्सों में बांटा गया है: 29 जलाशय-आधारित और 247 तालाबों, झीलों व आर्द्रभूमि से जुड़ीं। इससे राज्य में नए पर्यटन केंद्र बनेंगे और रोजगार के अवसर पैदा होंगे।
