Jyoti Kumari, a resident of Purnea and a polio survivor, faced significant challenges in attending college and coaching due to her disability. Relying on others and incurring extra costs for transportation, her dream of higher education was nearly abandoned. However, two years ago, the Bihar government's Sambal Yojana provided her with a tricycle, transforming her life. She now independently travels to college and coaching centers, preparing for competitive exams with renewed confidence. This aid has become her pathway to self-reliance and her aspiration to become a government officer.

पूर्णिया की रहने वाली ज्योति कुमारी, जो पोलियो से पीड़ित हैं, को कॉलेज और कोचिंग जाने में काफी दिक्कतें हो रही थीं। दूसरों पर निर्भर रहने और आने-जाने में ज़्यादा खर्च होने की वजह से उन्होंने उच्च शिक्षा का सपना लगभग छोड़ ही दिया था। लेकिन, दो साल पहले बिहार सरकार की 'संभल योजना' के तहत उन्हें एक ट्राईसाइकिल मिली, जिसने उनकी ज़िंदगी बदल दी। अब वह खुद से कॉलेज और कोचिंग सेंटर जाती हैं और पूरे आत्मविश्वास के साथ प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रही हैं। यह मदद उनके आत्मनिर्भर बनने और सरकारी अफसर बनने की ख्वाहिश को पूरा करने का जरिया बन गई है।
