सीजेआई के अभिजीत दिपके ने सवाल उठाया कि बीजेपी के आईटी सेल के खिलाफ केस कब दर्ज होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस सेल के सदस्य सालों से ऑनलाइन महिलाओं को गालियां दे रहे हैं। दिपके ने यह बात एक महिला के खिलाफ मोदी विरोधी टिप्पणी करने पर एफआईआर के जवाब में कही। उन्होंने ऑनलाइन भाषणों के लिए कार्रवाई में दोहरे मापदंड का संकेत दिया।
