Flyover Quality Audit Begins Amid Safety Concerns

A technical audit of the under-construction Gate Bazaar flyover in Berhampur has been launched by the works department. This follows concerns over work quality raised by Berhampur MP Pradeep Kumar Panigrahy, who alleged the use of substandard materials. A nine-member team is collecting samples for laboratory testing to assess the project's integrity. The audit aims to address public safety worries, drawing parallels with a past flyover collapse, and ensure accountability for the key infrastructure project.

में बन रहे गेट बाज़ार फ्लाईओवर का वर्क्स डिपार्टमेंट ने टेक्निकल ऑडिट शुरू कर दिया है। यह ऑडिट Berhampur के MP प्रदीप कुमार Panigrahy द्वारा काम की क्वालिटी पर उठाई गई चिंताओं के बाद हुआ है। उन्होंने घटिया मटेरियल इस्तेमाल करने का आरोप लगाया था। प्रोजेक्ट की मजबूती जांचने के लिए 9 सदस्यों की एक टीम लैब टेस्टिंग के लिए सैंपल इकट्ठा कर रही है। इस ऑडिट का मकसद जनता की सुरक्षा की चिंताओं को दूर करना है, जो पिछले फ्लाईओवर गिरने की घटना से जुड़ी हैं, और इस अहम इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोजेक्ट के लिए जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करना है।
