Nursing Student Found Hanging in Rented Room in Katihar

A 20-year-old nursing student, Ankit Kumar Mandal, was discovered hanging in his rented room in Katihar district late Saturday night. A fellow student reported that Mandal had not attended college for approximately two months and was reportedly worried about his academic performance, having failed his first-semester exams. Police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death, with forensic teams examining the room for evidence. The family has arrived in Katihar, and further inquiries will be made at the nursing college.

कटिहार में किराए के कमरे में मिला नर्सिंग छात्र का शव खुदकुशी की आशंका

कटिहार जिले में 20 साल के नर्सिंग छात्र अंकित कुमार मंडल का शव शनिवार देर रात उसके किराए के कमरे में लटका हुआ मिला। एक सहपाठी छात्र ने बताया कि मंडल लगभग दो महीने से कॉलेज नहीं आ रहा था और कथित तौर पर अपनी पढ़ाई को लेकर चिंतित था, क्योंकि वह पहले सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा में फेल हो गया था। पुलिस ने मौत के कारणों की जांच शुरू कर दी है और फोरेंसिक टीमें सबूतों के लिए कमरे की जांच कर रही हैं। छात्र का परिवार कटिहार पहुंच गया है और नर्सिंग कॉलेज में भी आगे की पूछताछ की जाएगी।
