The Delhi High Court questioned lawyer Abhik Chimni regarding the procedure followed after CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka allegedly breached their bail bonds. The court noted that bail bonds were furnished on October 11, the same day Jantar Mantar was de-notified as a protest site, and questioned why the prescribed procedure under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita for bail bond breaches was not followed. The court also questioned the petitioners' conduct, stating barricades are in place for a reason and their breach could lead to unrest.

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने वकील अभिक चिमनी से सीजेपी नेताओं सौरव दास और आशुतोष रांका द्वारा कथित तौर पर जमानत बॉन्ड तोड़ने के बाद अपनाई गई प्रक्रिया के बारे में पूछताछ की। अदालत ने कहा कि जमानत बॉन्ड 11 अक्टूबर को दिए गए थे, उसी दिन जंतर मंतर को विरोध स्थल के रूप में डिनोटिफाई किया गया था, और सवाल किया कि जमानत बॉन्ड उल्लंघन के लिए भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता के तहत निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का पालन क्यों नहीं किया गया। अदालत ने याचिकाकर्ताओं के आचरण पर भी सवाल उठाए, यह कहते हुए कि अवरोधक एक कारण से लगाए गए हैं और उनके उल्लंघन से अशांति फैल सकती है।
