LIC ने अलग-अलग वित्तीय ज़रूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए तीन नई बीमा योजनाएं शुरू की हैं। 'न्यू जीवन धारा-II' रिटायरमेंट के बाद गारंटीड आजीवन पेंशन देती है, जिसमें सिंगल या ज्वाइंट लाइफ कवरेज और टॉप-अप की सुविधाएँ हैं। 'हेल्थ शील्ड' प्लान मेडिकल इमरजेंसी के दौरान वित्तीय सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करते हुए, दैनिक अस्पताल कैश बेनिफिट, बड़ी सर्जरी के लिए एकमुश्त भुगतान और गंभीर बीमारियों के लिए कवरेज प्रदान करता है। तीसरी योजना कैंसर के निदान पर वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करती है। तीनों योजनाएं खरीदने के लिए उपलब्ध होंगी।
