Tata Motors Passenger Vehicle and Stellantis have signed an agreement to expand their partnership, focusing on product technology, platforms, and vehicle architecture. While specific products remain undisclosed, discussions suggest an SUV is being developed under the Jeep brand, potentially based on Tata's Sierra platform. This collaboration could result in Jeep's first product fully developed in India, with plans for both domestic and global market sales. The manufacturing will occur at Fiat India Automobiles Private Limited, with the first product being a mid-size SUV.
