मुजफ्फरपुर, बिहार से एक नाबालिग लड़की के साथ छेड़छाड़ और मारपीट की घटना से जुड़ा एक सीसीटीवी वीडियो सामने आया है। घटना के चार दिन बाद आरजेडी ने सोशल मीडिया पर फुटेज जारी कर राज्य सरकार के कानून-व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाए हैं। इस घटना में एक युवक पर कथित तौर पर लड़की को जबरन ले जाने की कोशिश करने का आरोप है, जिसके विरोध करने पर मारपीट हुई। पुलिस ने आरोपी की पहचान ललित कुमार के रूप में की और उसी दिन उसे गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया।
