A Gurugram Trump Towers resident, Varun Suhag, alleged he and his family were placed under "house arrest" by M3M Builders, claiming lift access was deactivated and deliveries banned. M3M has strongly denied these accusations, stating the restrictions were uniform security measures. The builder explained that floor-level lift access was limited to occupied apartments due to over 200 workers entering daily for interior fit-outs. M3M asserted that the resident was never prevented from leaving or accessing common areas, aiming to protect resident privacy and security.
