This initiative, part of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Skill Training and Employment Region Development Scheme, aims to transform UP into a global hub for skilled manpower. The plan will divide the state into nine zones, with training programs tailored to local industries and market demands.

उत्तर प्रदेश कैबिनेट ने सभी 75 जिलों में फैले एक एकीकृत कौशल प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार नेटवर्क की स्थापना के लिए ₹1,725 करोड़ की योजना को मंजूरी दे दी है। सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल कौशल प्रशिक्षण और रोजगार क्षेत्र विकास योजना का हिस्सा, इस पहल का उद्देश्य यूपी को कुशल जनशक्ति के लिए एक वैश्विक केंद्र में बदलना है। योजना राज्य को नौ क्षेत्रों में विभाजित करेगी, जिसमें प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम स्थानीय उद्योगों और बाजार की मांगों के अनुरूप होंगे।
