चुनाव आयोग (ECI) ने आंतरिक मतभेदों की रिपोर्ट पर जवाब दिया है। आयोग का कहना है कि अंदरूनी बातें सामान्य हैं और सभी फैसले कानूनी व सर्वसम्मति से लिए जाते हैं। कांग्रेस सांसद शशि थरूर ने इन स्पष्टीकरणों पर सात सवाल उठाए हैं। उन्होंने चुनाव आयुक्तों की 14 आपत्तियों, फॉर्म-6 में बदलाव के कानूनी आधार और मतदाता पंजीकरण व आईटी सिस्टम से जुड़े मुद्दों पर जानकारी मांगी है।
