Head Constable Seema Dhaka of Delhi Police has received a historic out-of-turn promotion for tracing 76 missing children in just two and a half months. The incentive scheme, launched in August 2020, rewards officers who recover at least 50 missing children below 14 within a year. Dhaka's extensive search spanned across four states, including West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, and involved challenging conditions.
