Chandigarh Administration Set To Receive New HCS Officers Next Week

Times of India · india

The Chandigarh administration is poised to welcome new Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officers soon, as a selection process from a Haryana government-provided panel of three officers is underway. The panel includes 2011-batch officer Gaurav Kumar, 2013-batch officer Pardeep Ahlawat, and 2019-batch officer Manav Malik, all of whom have received vigilance clearance. With a current shortage of HCS officers on deputation, the administration may appoint two officers to address the deficit. The final decision rests with the Punjab governor and Chandigarh administrator, with the UT chief secretary's recommendations being crucial.
