दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने रेस कोर्स मस्जिद में नमाज़ पढ़ने की इजाज़त देने से इनकार कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने यह रुख मस्जिद में सुरक्षा और निर्बाध पहुंच की मांग करने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान अपनाया। केंद्र सरकार ने कोर्ट को आश्वासन दिया कि वक्फ बोर्ड के प्रतिनिधित्व पर फैसला आने तक मस्जिद परिसर में कोई तोड़फोड़ नहीं की जाएगी। याचिकाकर्ता ने मस्जिद के गिराए जाने का डर जताया था। कोर्ट अब इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई करेगा।
