Jharkhand to Recruit 1,700 Doctors, Upgrade Hospital Diagnostic Facilities

The Jharkhand government is strengthening its healthcare system by recruiting approximately 1,700 doctors. The recruitment process for 506 doctors, including 306 super-specialists and 200 medical officers, is being expedited to address shortages. Additionally, the government plans to bring 1,200 doctors from southern India to the state. Government hospitals will also be equipped with modern diagnostic facilities like CT scans and MRIs. The minister emphasized the need for regular maintenance and trained technicians to ensure patients do not rely on private facilities.

झारखंड सरकार लगभग 1,700 डॉक्टरों की भर्ती करके अपनी स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था को मजबूत कर रही है। कमी को पूरा करने के लिए 506 डॉक्टरों, जिनमें 306 सुपर-स्पेशलिस्ट और 200 मेडिकल ऑफिसर शामिल हैं, की भर्ती प्रक्रिया को तेज किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा, सरकार दक्षिणी भारत से 1,200 डॉक्टरों को राज्य में लाने की योजना बना रही है। सरकारी अस्पतालों में सीटी स्कैन और एमआरआई जैसी आधुनिक जांच सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। मंत्री ने नियमित रखरखाव और प्रशिक्षित तकनीशियनों की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया ताकि मरीज निजी सुविधाओं पर निर्भर न रहें।
