The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department is set to integrate artificial intelligence into its operations. This AI implementation will assist with tasks such as drafting official letters, preparing file notings, summarizing reports, translating documents, and creating presentations. Deputy director Anand Kumar Singh stated that the adoption of an e-office system will enhance human resource management, improve transparency in government schemes, and facilitate better beneficiary identification and inter-departmental coordination. The digital system is expected to expedite file processing and streamline administrative workflows.
