Serbia Asks Hague Mechanism To Release Mladic

Serbia's Justice Minister has formally requested the Hague-based mechanism to release former Bosnian Serb general Ratko Mladic. Serbia has offered to transfer Mladic to the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade for treatment. This transfer would be conducted in the presence of his relatives. The Serbian government stated it would comply with any necessary measures deemed appropriate by the Mechanism to ensure the transfer and treatment.

सर्बिया के न्याय मंत्री ने हेग स्थित मैकेनिज्म से पूर्व बोस्नियाई सर्ब जनरल रात्को म्लाडिक को रिहा करने का औपचारिक अनुरोध किया है। सर्बिया ने म्लाडिक को इलाज के लिए बेलग्रेड के मिलिट्री मेडिकल एकेडमी में स्थानांतरित करने की पेशकश की है। यह स्थानांतरण उनके रिश्तेदारों की मौजूदगी में होगा। सर्बियाई सरकार ने कहा कि वे स्थानांतरण और इलाज सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मैकेनिज्म द्वारा उचित समझे जाने वाले किसी भी आवश्यक उपाय का पालन करेंगे।
