CRS has begun a two-day inspection of a new rail bridge near Mokama, built parallel to the existing Rajendra Pul. This mandatory inspection is a crucial step before the 1.9 km bridge, part of a 15.5 km project costing Rs 1,491 crore, can be opened for regular train services. The new infrastructure is expected to significantly improve rail connectivity between north and south Bihar and enhance links with northeastern states.

मोकामा के पास एक नए रेल पुल का दो दिवसीय निरीक्षण शुरू हो गया है, जो मौजूदा राजेंद्र पुल के समानांतर बनाया गया है। यह अनिवार्य निरीक्षण 1.9 किमी लंबे पुल को नियमित ट्रेन सेवाओं के लिए खोलने से पहले एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। यह पुल 15.5 किमी की परियोजना का हिस्सा है, जिस पर 1,491 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आई है। इस नई संरचना से उत्तर और दक्षिण बिहार के बीच रेल संपर्क में काफी सुधार होने और पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों के साथ संपर्क बेहतर होने की उम्मीद है।
