Bombay HC Refuses Interim Injunction Against 'Queen Forever' Film Release

The Bombay High Court has refused to grant an interim injunction against the production and release of the film 'Queen Forever'. Phantom Studios had sought to restrain Jiostar India Pvt Ltd from releasing the movie, claiming it was an unauthorized sequel to their 2014 hit 'Queen'. Phantom Studios argued they were joint owners of intellectual property rights and had not consented to any derivative works. However, the court declined to grant the interim relief sought by Phantom Studios, allowing the film's production and release to proceed for now.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने 'क्वीन फॉरएवर' फिल्म के निर्माण और रिलीज पर अंतरिम रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है। फैंटम स्टूडियोज ने जिओस्टार इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को फिल्म रिलीज करने से रोकने की मांग की थी, उनका दावा था कि यह उनकी 2014 की हिट फिल्म 'क्वीन' का अनधिकृत सीक्वल है। फैंटम स्टूडियोज ने तर्क दिया कि वे बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों के संयुक्त मालिक हैं और उन्होंने किसी भी व्युत्पन्न कार्यों के लिए सहमति नहीं दी थी। हालांकि, अदालत ने फैंटम स्टूडियोज द्वारा मांगी गई अंतरिम राहत देने से इनकार कर दिया, जिससे फिल्म के निर्माण और रिलीज को फिलहाल आगे बढ़ने की अनुमति मिल गई।
