AIBE 22 Syllabus Released by BCI for 2026 Exam

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has announced the syllabus for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXII, scheduled for November 14, 2026. The exam will feature 100 questions across 19 subjects, with Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure Code, and Civil Procedure Code carrying 10 questions each. The application deadline is October 27, 2026, with the admit card to be released on October 30. This examination is crucial for law graduates seeking to obtain a Certificate of Practice to practise law in India.

बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (BCI) ने 14 नवंबर 2026 को होने वाली ऑल इंडिया बार एग्जामिनेशन (AIBE) XXII के सिलेबस की घोषणा की है। परीक्षा में 19 विषयों पर 100 प्रश्न होंगे, जिनमें संवैधानिक कानून, दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता और सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता से प्रत्येक से 10 प्रश्न होंगे। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 27 अक्टूबर 2026 है, और एडमिट कार्ड 30 अक्टूबर को जारी किया जाएगा। यह परीक्षा भारत में कानून का अभ्यास करने के लिए प्रैक्टिस का प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने के इच्छुक कानून स्नातकों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
