Low Pressure Area Likely in Bay of Bengal; Heavy Rain Alert Issued

A low-pressure area is expected to form over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu coast within the next 24 hours. IMD has forecast continued rainfall across several parts of the country. Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal may experience heavy to very heavy rainfall. Other regions like Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, Karnataka, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema are also likely to see isolated heavy showers.

अगले 24 घंटों में दक्षिण-पश्चिम बंगाल की खाड़ी और तमिलनाडु तट पर कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बनने की उम्मीद है। IMD ने देश के कई हिस्सों में लगातार बारिश की भविष्यवाणी की है। तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराईकल में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश हो सकती है। केरल, माहे, लक्षद्वीप, कर्नाटक, तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश और रायलसीमा जैसे अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी अलग-अलग स्थानों पर भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है।
